Exercise Assistant is a Comprehensive Fitness Management Software for Windows Mobile and Desktop PC. It contains various modules to track every aspects related to fitness. All the data in "Exercise Assistant" can be moved to Desktop Companion and can be copied back to Windows Mobile by "Backup & Restore" option.
